Nandan Yadav receives ODI cap, becomes Nepal’s 42nd ODI player

Nepal’s fast bowler Nandan Yadav has officially joined the ranks of Nepal’s One-Day International (ODI) players, earning his debut cap against the Netherlands in Dundee on Tuesday. Yadav is now the 42nd cricketer to represent Nepal in ODI cricket.

Adding to the significance of the occasion, former Nepal captain Gyanendra Malla had the honor of handing over the ODI cap to Yadav, marking a symbolic moment of transition within Nepal cricket.

This milestone comes after Yadav received his T20I cap earlier this year on April 9 during the Hong Kong Quadrangular Men's T20 Series, further cementing his presence in Nepal’s national squad.
