The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has announced Nepal's squad for the Hong Kong Cricket Sixes 2025, set to be played from November 7 to 9 at the Tin Kwong Road Recreation Ground. The tournament marks a special occasion for Nepali cricket, as veteran all-rounder Sharad Vesawkar will captain the side in what will be his final appearance for Nepal.
The six-a-side tournament — known for its fast-paced format, big hits, and thrilling finishes — will feature teams from across Asia and beyond. Nepal’s participation this year carries an emotional edge, as it provides fans an opportunity to bid farewell to one of the nation’s longest-serving and most dependable players.

Known for his calm temperament and match-winning knocks under pressure, Vesawkar's leadership and experience have been invaluable to Nepal cricket for over two decades.
