Basant Regmi (born 6 April 1986) is a Nepalese cricketer. He is a left-handed batsman and left-arm orthodox spin bowler. Regmi has played four ODIs, 18 T20Is, and 39 List A matches for Nepal.

Regmi represented Nepal in the Division Five of the World Cricket League in 2010, where he was named Player of the Series. In Dhangadhi Premier League, he led the Rupendehi Challengers team.
